No. No administrative fees, no claim follow-up fees, no litigation fees... Everything is included in our fees.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. The contract is non-binding and can be terminated at any time without penalty.
How does rent default insurance work?
Through our partner Elitis Insurance, we offer optional insurance covering unpaid rent and charges, collection costs and legal protection. The cost is 4% of the rent and charges.
